Bank Street Towns
• Townhomes • Street Towns • Condominiums
Bank Street project presents a bold yet disciplined architectural presence, shaped by a subtractive design principle. The Bank St. units offer a simple, clean, and concise streetscape expression where form is refined through restraint. Repetition of glass, stucco, wood, and brick establishes a cohesive rhythm, with expansive floor-to-ceiling glazing animating the more public interior spaces such as the family rooms.
The composition balances solidity and transparency—dark masonry volumes softened by warm wood accents and luminous glazing. Elevated entries and articulated stoops reinforce pedestrian scale, while integrated landscaping grounds the contemporary forms within their setting.
Overall, the intention is formal and sleek—much like a sharply tailored bank executive—precise, confident, and understated. Bank St. and the Vertis Street Towns represent two distinct design approaches for the same property, developed to demonstrate the architectural and financial implications of 28’-0” wide units versus increasing density through efficient 12’-0” wide units.
