Belleview Residence

• Estate Single Family Residence - 7,000 SQ. FT.

The Bellevue Residence is thoughtfully composed around a central courtyard, where social and private living zones are carefully arranged and unified by a transitional space that gently dissolves the boundary between indoors and out. This connective threshold invites nature into the heart of the home, fostering a living experience defined by openness, movement, and a deep connection to the surrounding environment. It is this deliberate choreography of space that gives the Bellevue Residence its distinctive character.

Rooted in the concept of the urban barn, the design reinterprets traditional agricultural forms through a contemporary lens. An industrial foundation is softened by a curated palette of warm, modern, and rustic materials, allowing the home to feel both grounded and refined. This interplay of textures and influences places the residence confidently at center stage—bold in its expression yet welcoming in its presence.

Arrival unfolds as a carefully considered sequence. A flowing pergola-lined walkway guides homeowners and guests through immaculately landscaped grounds toward a centrally positioned front entry nestled within the courtyard. From this point, the home reveals its linear, open-concept floor plan, where spaces extend effortlessly outward and sightlines remain long and uninterrupted.

Framing the courtyard on either side, two distinct garage structures discreetly organize parking for both single vehicles and recreational storage, reinforcing the home’s symmetry while maintaining functional clarity. Above, an upper-level pergola rooftop patio overlooks the expansive courtyard and formal entry below, offering a moment of pause and perspective. Together, these elements create a residence that balances utility and elegance—one that celebrates arrival, connection, and the seamless integration of architecture and landscape.
