Belleview Towns
• Townhomes • Street Towns
Belleview Towns presents a refined interpretation of contemporary urban townhome architecture—orderly, rhythmic, and warmly expressed. The Belleview Towns were developed from a standard production home design, elevated through the integration of alternating façade treatments that establish a strong architectural rhythm along the street.
A cohesive row of gabled forms (single & dual) creates visual cadence, allowing the project to read at once as single-family residences, semi-detached homes, triplexes, or street townhouses. These units can be intermixed to generate varied elevation compositions while maintaining a unified identity.
Vertical wood cladding defines the upper gables, while richly toned brick frames expansive black-trimmed windows, adding depth and contrast. The restrained palette—wood, brick, dark panels, and charcoal roofing—balances modern minimalism with warmth and durability.
Generous glazing enhances natural light and street engagement, while recessed entries create a comfortable transition from public to private space.
