Cascade Ridge
• Estate Single Family Residence - 22,000 SQ. FT.
This residence is a refined composition of modern architecture and natural materiality, thoughtfully designed to sit in quiet harmony with its landscape. Strong horizontal rooflines extend outward with confidence, creating a sense of shelter and balance while visually anchoring the home to the terrain. Expansive planes of stone, warm wood accents, and dark metal detailing work together to establish a timeless yet contemporary presence—one that feels both grounded and elevated within its setting.
Floor-to-ceiling glazing defines much of the façade, dissolving the boundary between interior and exterior and allowing light, views, and landscape to become integral elements of daily living. The home’s massing is carefully articulated into distinct volumes, each offset and layered to create depth, rhythm, and visual interest. Cantilevered forms and recessed terraces provide moments of intimacy and openness, while transparent corners and glass balustrades maintain uninterrupted sightlines across the surrounding grounds.
At its heart, the architecture is designed as an experience—one that unfolds through movement, transparency, and connection to nature. The central outdoor spaces, water features, and sculpted landscaping are not afterthoughts, but essential components of the architectural narrative. Together, structure and landscape create a residence that feels serene yet powerful, modern yet warm, offering a living environment where architecture and nature exist in seamless dialogue.
