Paramount Hotel & Suites

• Hospitality Residences

With its angled, cubist-inspired projections, the Hotel & Hospitality Suite project developed for Paramount Television (Joe Pickett Series) makes a striking architectural statement. The design introduces a refined modular composition, pairing two solid masses that are elegantly linked by a luminous central glazed volume and an elevated bridge connection, creating both visual tension and cohesion.

This modular integration thoughtfully unites natural materials with commercial-grade steel, balancing warmth and strength within a contemporary framework. Each stack of suites is deliberately oriented in varying directions from floor to floor, allowing the building to shift and pivot as it rises. The result is a dynamic façade that conveys movement and sculptural depth while simultaneously enhancing privacy for individual units.

At the heart of the composition, the central entrance unfolds as a gracious point of arrival. Guests are welcomed through a transparent, light-filled threshold that reinforces connectivity between the two primary forms. The interplay of mass and glass ensures the structure remains visually light despite its bold geometry, offering an experience that is both dramatic and inviting—an architectural expression of innovation, elegance, and hospitality.
