Vertis Street Towns
• Townhomes • Street Towns • Condominiums
Vertis Street Towns is a street-oriented townhome project that balances refined urban design with the realities of density. As we know, density is a numbers game—maximize spatial boundaries while delivering a strong architectural product. Vertis Street Towns, similar to its cousin Bank St. Units, is a multi-residential street town development, but distinguishes itself through its increased unit yield.
By utilizing efficient 12’-0” wide units, Vertis achieves 12 units compared to 7 at Bank St., optimizing the site through disciplined planning and massing. The project is divided into two six-unit buildings, each with a distinct yet cohesive architectural expression.
Building One features a modern aesthetic with expansive glazing and accessible rooftop patios set beneath natural wood pergolas, adding lightness and layered depth. Building Two adopts a contemporary character, defined by dark Hardie panel cladding, natural wood accents, and peaked zero-overhang roofs, creating strong visual rhythm along the street.
Elevated entries and transparent façades enhance the pedestrian experience, while warm interior light contrasts with the darker exterior materials—demonstrating that thoughtful density and compelling design can work seamlessly together.
