Village Towns at Mahogany

• Multi-Family • Community Planning • Townhomes

This 155-unit modern farmhouse community is thoughtfully composed across 21 finely scaled buildings, creating a cohesive yet intimate residential environment. Organized around landscaped internal streets and generous green corridors, the plan balances density with openness, fostering both privacy and neighborly connection.

Steeply pitched gable roofs, crisp white façades, and refined trim details establish a timeless architectural language, while subtle variations in massing and orientation lend rhythm and visual interest throughout the neighborhood. Covered entries and articulated porches reinforce the pedestrian experience, softening the streetscape and encouraging community interaction.

Parking courts are carefully integrated behind and between buildings, maintaining clean residential frontages and uninterrupted sightlines. At the heart of the development, a welcoming clubhouse and amenity space serve as a social anchor, framed by curated landscaping and walkable pathways.

The result is a contemporary interpretation of the farmhouse vernacular—warm, approachable, and enduring—crafted to deliver both architectural character and a vibrant sense of place.
