Willow Walk
• Multi-Family • Community Planning • Townhomes
Willow Walk is a 172 Unit multi-family community that reflects a refined, Scandinavian-inspired architectural language defined by simplicity, texture, and form. Clean gabled volumes establish a rhythmic streetscape while maintaining a cohesive identity across the development.
Façades combine vertical wood cladding with corrugated metal panels, creating tactile contrast that feels contemporary yet grounded. Generous, strategically placed windows invite natural light into the interiors while preserving a balanced minimalist aesthetic. Angled rooflines introduce subtle dynamism, giving each structure a distinct profile within a harmonious whole.
The site is organized around a central green and shared amenity space that fosters community while preserving residential privacy. Buildings cluster to frame landscaped courtyards and pedestrian paths, softened by trees and ornamental grasses. Parking is thoughtfully integrated along the perimeter and in discreet courts, keeping architecture and open space as the visual focus.
A pavilion-style amenity anchors the communal core, offering an exterior ice rink during winter months as well a gathering space defined by clean lines and understated materials. The result is a cohesive, walkable enclave that balances modern minimalism with warmth and human scale.
